Connections for Healing, LLC Policy on Cancellations, Missed Appointments, Session Deposit and Refunds
To Change an existing appointment, please call us at (508) 316-9990 and leave a detailed voicemail if we are not immediately able to take your call. We have a strict 48 hour change policy. A session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48 hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.
To Cancel an existing appointment, please call us at (508) 316-9990 and leave a detailed voicemail if we are not immediately able to take your call. We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee as long as you adhered to the 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of our guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.
Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it. Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.
Stacey phones clients in the US or Canada at the phone number provided. Clients outside the US/Canada who do not use Zoom will be expected to phone Stacey at their own expense. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment and to ensure that the contact information provided is correct.
We reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser.
